Return Policy (14 Days)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product meets the conditions listed below.

General Return Conditions

A return will only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused and shows no signs of use

  • The item is complete (including all parts such as manuals, chargers, keys, tools, etc.)

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, which must be complete and undamaged

❗ Products with visible signs of use, missing parts/accessories, or damaged or missing original packaging may be refused.

Returning Fatbikes

Fatbikes cannot be registered via the return portal.

Fatbikes can only be returned via:

  • Our contact page

  • WhatsApp: +31 6 30198289

Returning Displays (Important)

Displays can only be returned if:

  • The original packaging is complete

  • The display has registered no more than 1 km on the odometer

❗ If these conditions are not met, the display cannot be returned.

Returning Parts & Accessories

Parts and accessories must:

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be complete, including all accompanying accessories

Return Costs

  • A return fee of €100 applies to returning a fatbike

  • These costs are borne by the customer
