Are the fatbikes legal?

All our fatbikes are 100% legal! At Herofatbikes.nl we offer fatbikes that meet all requirements such as a maximum speed of 25km/h and a motor of 250 WATT. Which means they comply with Dutch law and the rules of the national government. The fatbike V20 Pro can be tuned and a throttle is supplied separately, this is optional, we advise you to only use it on your own property.

What do you provide a guarantee on?

Do I have to assemble the fat bike myself?

You can choose whether you want the fatbike assembled or unassembled. Assembling the fatbike is possible for everyone. Still can't figure it out? We can bring it assembled/ready to ride for €100.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time of the fatbikes, E-steps and accessories are all delivered within 2/5 working days. You will receive a call or message about the exact delivery day/time and can follow the driver on the day itself!

What makes a fat bike good?

A good fatbike has wide tires, a strong engine, sufficient battery capacity and a sturdy frame. All fatbikes on our website meet these requirements. If you need advice on choosing the right fatbike, please contact us.

Is it possible to pick up the fatbike?

It is possible to pick up the fatbike you have chosen. You can contact us via WhatsApp or phone 0630198289.

Is a helmet or driver's license required?

On all our fatbikes you are not required to wear a helmet. You also do not need a driver's license.
